Trey || D-Bar-W Equestrian Center
Trey is 17.1 Buckskin and Tripe Registered (AQHA, ABRA and IBHA). He is talented in the Hunter Under Saddle Classes and excels in Showmanship. Trey is definitely Elena’s heart horse and is her constant shadow. Trey has a gentle spirit that makes him perfect for Elena’s equine therapy business. He has helped so many people find peace in their lives and is important in their journey's. Elena is a licensed Social Worker who works in the mental health field. She works in private practice at two of different locations. Last year, Elena made the decision to combine her love and passion for horses with the dedication for helping people.
During Trey’s session on of the barn staff turned on the hay loft lights. At first I had mentioned something about turning them back off because they would be a distraction and affect the results to the black background portraits. They said they would turn them off in a few minutes when they are finished in the hay loft, because of time I decided that we would just continue on and I would have to edit out the lights. As I took a shot and looked at the back of my camera to see how bad it was going to look my jaw dropped in shock at how amazing the image looked with the lights. I showed my client and she LOVED it so we continued on with having the lights add a gorgeous uniqueness to her images.
I was not surprised during her reveal and order appointment she chose the image with the lights to be printed as a 24x36 to hang above her fireplace in her home.
